I think the door dash guy was a little quick on the draw all things considered (not a dark ally or alone or anything), but never-the-less, when being intimidated like that it can easily be considered self defense. The prankster is an idiot, and the mom's comment is why he is the way that he is. You SHOULDN'T support your kid in everything they do, support them on good paths, and call them out when they're on bad ones.
I will say this. I am the type of person to not want to be wrong about a situation and am too slow to take a threat seriously. I ended up nearly knocked out and inches away from hitting my head on a curb after some jerk pushed me who was acting aggressive like that towards me. I am the type of guy who never wants to throw the first punch, but I no longer see it that way. I learned to never let someone get that close to me in such a situation like that again. When people are too close you can't react. I don't like Andrew Tate, but he once said "once someone gets in your face the fight is on." Ever sense my encounter I have been much more jumpy and those guys were in is space and not backing off. For all he knows a split second and he could have been on the ground like me. There were quite a few different things he could have done to avoid discharging his firearm. People are a way to trigger happy.
I can't believe anyone is defending the shooter. Obviously this kid was being obnoxious, but I think shooting him is a bit of an overreaction. You don't have the right to take someone's life because they were annoying you. This guy should absolutely be in prison.
Yeah, he really should have commissioned a study to look into the intentions of the several men who were surrounding and accosting him and would not leave him alone.
Its a shame he was only hit in the stomach. He clearly didn't learn his lesson. Bad parenting, absolutely... but now he's grown up and its he's everybody else's problem. If only mommy acted like a mother and not an adoring little buddy.
Yet another example of a person who most likely lacked discipline and a proper father figure in the home and was and is coddled by his mother. Now Coley should sue the daylight savings of the prankster idiots and his earnings!!!
At the VERY LEAST he should pay the guy's legal fees.
The amount of people who think it’s acceptable to whip out a pistol and shoot someone for accosting you verbally is extremely alarming.
And how is Coley going to make a living if he gets out of jail? He very likely lost his door dash job because of this freaking A hole. I hope he sues them so bad!!
I wouldn't have done it, but we do not know what he has been through. Delivery is a dangerous job, which is probably why he felt he needed to carry a weapon in the first place. He may have been robbed before.@@flakaflakaadoo
Next time it might be someone that has a pistol of a serious caliber.
Don’t wanna be shoot, don’t pretend threat to someone. Also best self defence - headshot
Please everybody ignore the headshot thing that this idiot said. You're likely to get in trouble and not acquitted.
A headshot would have landed him in jail for manslaughter. I didn't think his life was in danger but I can understand why he may have felt as if his life was.
@@osonhouston I doubt it
You really want to be aiming for center mass.
No, you should always aim center mass. The head is a small target, and the neck acts as a pivot which allows the head to move in directions that the torso cannot. So not only is the torso a larger target, it’s a less maneuverable target.
They need to charge that kid and his accomplices- cameraman, editor,TH-cam and so on
if they actually charged him with something please let the shooter have life in prison
The mother should've raised him with better discipline.
Since she didn't want to do it, the world is. And the world is far less merciful.

I will give him one thing he's not playing victim it's just his parents playing victim, he's just like "It is what it is" dude might be a douchebag but at least he's not going on a witch hunt for the guy who shot him.

Sociopathic Narcissism. Whole family has personality disorders

My faith in the justice system has been partially restored.
Coley deserves not a single criminal charge.
We GoFund him!
Did you watch the video? Guy casually shoots him without any hesitation. It was anything but self defense.
@gradualpull2171 obviously the idiot who got shot doesnt understand what "no" and "stop" mean. Hopefully he doesnt rape anybody in the future because he cant take no for an answer

Meanwhile in court:-Excuse me where is my DoorDash ?
The dude and his mom have nothing to say because they knew he harassed the poor guy
ppl die all the time from one single punch. This little incident shows why you shouldnt roll up on somebody and just get in their face and then stay in their face after they tell you to stop.
He wasn’t all up in his face there’s at least a foot distance between them when he shot him despite the dasher touching the guy first
I see a bigger issue with telling people they can harass random people minding their own business without fear of being shot for being a prick/bully
WTF is wrong with his mother, she is actually encouraging her son to do this.
There’s the true definition of a spoiled brat and the parents can’t do anything about it
No, the parent WON'T do anything about it 😔.... lazy parenting.
Can't? No lol. That mom is just as much a piece of garbage as her piece of garbage kid. In 20 years of teaching highschool, I can wholeheartedly say shitty kids are almost always the result of shitty parents.
Next time he’s not gonna be so lucky.
This mother is going to see her son die before her if she doesn't counsel him to stop bullying people. It was clear the man they were harassing felt threatened by the three large goons following him. The next time the shot may be fatal. Try to save your son from an early grave.
That's what happens when you play stupid games with complete strangers. Justice was served for Alan Colley, he had the absolute right for self defense as he was scared he could've been mugged! This punk deserved what he got, he's even lucky he survived. Prayers to Alan Colley
You rather see your son get better things to do on youtube than commit public harrassment for views that leads to conflict endangering him. That's some parenting right there

Probably true, really.
Not true at all its a clear cut case of self defense regardless of his character or how heavy handed of act that self defense was.
No matter what, that vids gonna be that losers legacy. Backwards flat cap, annoying random people, getting shot. Imagine having to be that f*g. Like he has to live every day being himself. Seems like a worse punishment than prison. He has to wake up every day, no excuse of prison, and has to admit to himself that this is the best he can be. Very sad existence. L human lol

Oh but it only goes on to get worse. There’s a video of some dumbass kid on here that would sneak up behind someone walking, and sucker punch them in the back of the head….and that idiot thought that was a prank
so you are the parent that raised this awful human.
Now we know why the spoiled dude, behaves the way he behaves. Mom has failed to discipline him.
He's going to get shot again
His mom raised a pos. But she's a pos too. So what can you expect? 😂
Don’t screw around with strangers. He’s lucky he didn’t get killed.
Why do they keep on harping about 20 seconds when a robbery/assault can happen in less than 1 second.
True but maybe the delivery guy has been robbed before or had close calls and was on edge just going into that mall.

Also, that guy was much bigger than him. Pranks are dangerous. Don't prank strangers especially.
I don't know how popular this guy is, but if he had enough followers or whatever, he probably keeps mom paid so she "supports" him and his actions.
Aparently the twat has about 50+k followers now. And plays victim.
