A friend of mine bought tickets ages ago to see Zakk at a small club in downtown Vancouver called the Town Pump. He was doing cool swamp music type stuff on electric acoustics and I was up in the balcony already half tanked and yelled so loud between songs the whole joint looked up at me including Zakk saying like holy shit can that dude yell lol. Good times :)
Zakk is just over a year older here than Randy Rhoads was at his time of death. I can't believe Randy and Ozzy put out that much great music in such a short time. Randy was pretty much just a kid (at least to me now).
