Am I the only one who is lost moving from part 1 to 2? All we did was build out a basic form in part 1 and suddenly we have a whole bunch of stuff including users and reports done here. Really grateful you guys are putting this out there but would be cool if you guys could go a bit more step by step
Thank you Zoho for the forms. I have created forms to help speech therapists in Africa to keep their data safe moving away from paper storage to digital storage. It is so easy to create cheap things that mean alot to the world

There is a connector via Data Source in Analytics for Zoho Creator. We don't cover it in this series, but it would be similar when you connect another data source to analyze the data in Analytics. As far as better, just depends on what you are trying to achieve. For a deeper dive into your question you should check out club.zenatta.com
Thanks! I'm just starting out with Creator. Is there any documentation available that describes this structure? The terms used are confusing as they differ from "classical" database terms, e.g. "Table", "Form", and "Report". I'm happy to pay for this information.

The auto translation feature is something that needs to be allowed in your account. If you go to th-cam.com/users/account_playback while being signed into your youtube account, then check the box that says "Include auto-generated captions (when available)." After that, you should be able to select the auto-translation of your choice for any video you watch on youtube. Hope this helps!
Hi Lea Jones, Reports are the components that display and store the data collected by Forms. Forms do not hold data on their own, they act as the conduit to inserting the data into the Report.
@@Zenatta Oh! So Reports are what we used to call "Tables"? I've been working with relational databases for awhile and am having trouble figuring out Zoho because they use the same terms, but have different definitions. Is there some document available that contains the Terms and Definitions in Zoho Creator? That would be EXTREMELY helpful. Obviously, I'm willing to pay for it. This learning via youtube doesn't work so well with me. Thanks!

i was lost transitioning from part 1 to part 2, the mainframe of all task that had employees, data and task (was that imported ?)

It appears that the "Search" component can only search reports or pages. Is it possible to search forms?
