Is it safe to charge this with 18 volts and 5 amps dc source ?

Not to 18 volts, but you can charge it with 5 amps, and remove the power source at 16 volts or less.

It annoys lots of subscribers to do different content on the same channel lol. I made a second TH-cam channel called electronzap gaming. I stream on Twitch and then upload those videos to TH-cam. I don't play streamable games much anymore though, as I am working again and never get around to them.
