Hi man Love your content, was looking at some of your templates on your website, may I ask why there is no focus on Vertical Push Movements? Is it because front delts are activated often in other compound movements?

doing RDL whether with dumbbell or with barbell, kills my hamstrings and i cant walk for 3 days.. and I'm trying to do daily cardio... do I skip this whilst cutting?
Just do less sets of RDL's 👍
You might have very tight hamstring and new to rdl. Maybe try light slow eccentric rdl and don't do too high reps.
RDLs wreck my hamstrings as well. I started doing kettlebell swings with pretty light weight instead. I’m going to very gradually increase the weight every week.
