In a few states when it comes to under the age but if pregnancy is involved. The marriage will not be voided. If a person is of age and no others circumstances applies for an annulment. Then they will have to get a divorce.

That bond, joy I had at giving 'my' late husband's first child, and it being 'our and my' first child was a joy and great feeling I had! This episoide I've seen by far is hardest yet to see. Saddest. hope she so badly gets that devorice and stays away from him besides regard to that child.
In my first year of teaching 7th grade 25 years ago, I had 2 girls in my class find out they had the same daddy at Back-to- School Night! The girls were the same age, too! Talk about the shock these young girls felt! The dad looked surprised and embarrassed.
It was so uncomfortable because the dad was there, but he was involved in the life of one of his daughters and not so much involved in the other daughter's life. It was one heck of a school year for these two 12-year-old girls. They eventually became friends. Sad they had to meet this way.

I hope so too. The two girls/sisters seemed to get along well and were glad to have a new half sister. I never saw or heard from any of the parents again, especially the embarrassed father after that Back-to-School Night.

Also, the couples' timeline is questionable. She met him in college, they broke up later. Fast forward some years later, they get back together and get married. However, at the end of the episode, he says they've been together for the past 10 years. The wife didn't say they were off and on, but what he said suggests they were.
This is why it is needed to have both sides speak on their issues of the other person. At the end of the case, he tries to insert his issues with the wife, but time was up.
Or, it could be actors that were given a script, and the people responsible didn't write this storyline correctly (or the defendant messed up his line in the end).
