If you double press the start button to make espresso, the 230ml becomes gran lungo size 80ml, so your intenso for example becomes double 😊

how tall the machine when door on top is opened??
My complaint with the Pop and the Next is the crema is rubbish. Bubbles are too large and it breaks down quickly, whereas the Plus gives a Crema with tiny bubbles that stay well formed for 15+ minutes. I loved the idea of the Pop, but returned it all the same....shame because I wanted something compact for the Van. Thanks for your review, much appreciated.
is the machine suposed to stop brewing by itself, or do i have to press the button again?

But one thing I want to mention, the machine is indeed capable of making 355ml and 535ml. The pods are compatible only thing is that the original Nespresso Carafe jar is not compatible to go under the machine.

Got mine today and have exactly the same thoughts that you have! 🙂 Plus, the first capsule wasn’t recognised. Great start 😂 so the 230ml became about 320ml…
I went tho their website but didnt see how to get the 50 free samples.
the first coffe wasn't struggling with a brand new machine nespresso askk to run 2-3 cycle empty no coffee pod to prime the system
How is this in comparison to the Vertuo Next? I had a Next, and after 3 months or so it malfunctioned - I contacted Nespresso and they did inform me that they do not recommend the Next to their customers anymore as they are known to do this. Has this new edition held up?
kinda dumb to continue to sell a product they know is bad. if they do business like that, i wont buy from them.

But i totally understand where you’re coming from though, i myself would like to buy and be comforted in my initial satisfaction. However when i contacted, i was offered any model i wanted for free, so essentially i got a free upgrade that wouldve cost me more initially, so i was totally cool with having a malfunction and being supported with a new more expensive better machine at no cost 😂 Again just being devils advocate, Nespresso is a huge company with so much export to many places, i can understand them doing this because places like Walmart still have so much stock of this, im not sure about their website to be honest, if its on there maybe i’ll pop another call in to customer service to recommend they either recall or discontinue it. However, i very much agree with being upset

It’s a great machine but also with the capsule waste being on the side, the machine can’t be put in a corner without having to move it all the time.
Actually you can use the 12 oz XL capsule on this machine 😊

@@wdbreezy yup but the machine is way more quiet than the vertuo next is so I’m 100% ok with not brewing an 18 oz capsule. I have my ninja coffee machine for carafes of coffee 😀
@@pureluck8767 I’ve only had the Mini Essenza and CitiZ and liked them both.
I decided I wanted to try the veruoline and had been thinking about getting a Next when an ad for the Pop came up. I’ve only had it a week, but like it just as much. I wish the coffee pods were a bit richer/less watery, but I’ll keep playing with it.
@@wdbreezy I haven’t had an issue with it being watery but for stronger coffee maybe use espresso pods or coffee pods that are rated an 8 In strength? But I will say I kinda don’t like that you can’t move the water tank :/

You have to add your own milk, sugar and or syrups. The Nespresso pods don't contain any milk.
Hi, do you know if we could use other branded capsules with the machine?
I believe you are forced to use their pods since the machine scans a barcode on the pod itself. Unless you can find an alternative then please let me know
You can make your own pods with the foil seals Amazon sells and I know Starbucks sells Vertuo pods.
What going on with this foam
Just recently bought this exact model. No matter what pod size I use it brews a tiny cup of coffee. Why? It won’t brew a mug size. It is so frustrating!
I would contact Nespresso as that doesn't sound right.

Noisy, not very practical with having to program and it’s on Sale at most vendors because sales are probably weak. Plus what’s with the app? Gimmick.
Jesus.....this must be this broad's first experience with a Vertuo machine. Almost all of them operate the same way in closing/locking and the time for it to draw the Espresso was absolutely normal.

You have to start somewhere...? At one point you had a first experience as well. Opening and closing strength is important for those especially with conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, and many others. Think about those too switching from Keurig or Tassimo to Nespresso. There's no need to be rude.
