SAME! Our coach who had no idea what he was doing (probably why we went 1-8) he talked very quietly and fast, and he basically expected the new players to know exactly which holes were which etc. Midway through the season we still had half of our team have no idea which holes were which. Our substitutions were awful and for our first game we had like 9 players on the field most of the time. Thankfully I played backup QB and RB so I caught on relatively quickly because I was getting the ball. Our play calling was awful that season. I'm just waiting for the next.
for cleats I would recommend to buy 2 pairs one for practice one for games also I play left tackle and your cleats really depends on what you like because I prefer mid to low rb cleats for more movement and better studs
I'd recommend keeping game gloves as far away from the practice field as possible. try and get your hands in a cheaper pair of gloves (or last years pair) for practice.
Depends on how good you are. If you are like really good, the skill advantage can make a difference. If not, work on your hard skills first. Also see how the cleats feel for you and don't think about for what position they are and more about how they feel
you should make a vid on learning the playbook, because when I started, it was very tough when i first started
Agreed! Underrated comment

yo dont buy cutters. get some dam nike gloves and match ur cleats. and nike gloves just better
Is it about matching or better gloves? I’m not saying Nike or cutters is undisputably better but does matching matter more than performance?
If you didn’t know you should have these for football just quit
