But if you get your cedula tax number and besides being a resident in the country you also become a tax payer, the minimum days requirement does it change, for example you need to stay several months there or is it the same like you're saying in the video? As I heard that ones a resident in Paraguay you could basically shift to any other country belonging to Mercosur, that will be a little complicated if Paraguay doesn't let me out for most of the year...What is the trick here?

Hi! You said that we need to be from a country with visa-free access to Paraguay. I'm a digital nomad from Haiti, which requires a visa to travel to Paraguay. Does that mean a tourist visa wouldn't be enough to come to Paraguay in order to complete the residency process?

You can open pretty much any company you want. Few if any restrictions.
