    All Room dimentions wrong gaa mention chesaru..you might have confused with tile count..tile size is 800x800 mm i.e 2.65x2.65 feet..Kitchen 9-6x11 , MasterBR 13-9x11 Other 2 BR 11x11..hall 27-10 x 11..

    Not sure where our current education system going on without applying common sense . Earlier slums use to be there near railway track , now people are paying 7k/sft to live in such an area . Stay there for 1 hour and just observe how many trains will pass and the horrible sound . Earlier people were quoting 50k rent for 3bhk and now came down to 40k and still so many vacancies, so many adds to sell the property. Common sense is not common these days

    Worst investment to make is in tellapur, ive been struggling to resale the property , prices are just artificially hiked , its just a bubble , investing on a flat worth more than 70 lakhs is silly, people like sheeps investing 1.5cr in tellapur is idiotic thing to do that too on flats

    Superb community . Tough to find a Community which such common area
    The coming projects have 3500 plus for the same land area , this is a decent community . What’s the selling price now for a 3 bhk .

    My Home Tridasa is overhyped Low quality Project with less than 40% occupancy,, Investors are struggling to sell the flats, Too many flats available for rent with no takers. Rents went down drastically, The bigger fools are people who booked their flats in My Home Vipina, Sayuk, Akrida which is much more denser.

    Hyderabad lo chaala high Asal real estate prices….1.04 crore ke Memu Delhi NCR lo main area lo 180sqyd lo builder floor teskunna that too in gated society with all top notch facilities….dabbulu pettukoni high rise lo quality leni houses teskone kante …builder floor is best

    You missed showing the 1.5 acre real park in Tridasa which is on the north side of property next to pool....thats a great facility no where you can find in hyderabad

    Each flat ki rough ga 10 lacs amenities charge chesi vuntaru, so 3000 flats collection 30 crores only for amenities charges so this has to be like a resort.

      20 acres, 9 towers, each tower has 30 flats, each floor has 10 flats so overall 300*9= 2700 flats/doors/units/families if you consider average 3 person per family then 8100 people stay.

    Monthly you need pay😂
    Better invest in either in bank or stocks and get monthly income as well wealth creation.
    What is land cost here?
    Can i consider 1 lakh😂 per. Sq yard
    Then caculation as follows.
    Per sq feet land cost = 4000
    Per sq feet construction cost = 2000(furnish)
    2 bhk 1253 cost = 1253*6000 -> 75lakhs
