I thought I would revisit these fun rock techniques as I am playing with one last mermaid for the season~ She is so beautiful and glowing and will be perfectly perched on one of the beautiful coastal rocks. Don't you think? I'm using a wet-in-wet technique for most of these textured rocks.
CORRECTION-Prussian Blue in the water at end, not Paynes Blue.

My Artisto paper recommendation is student grade, handles lots of water better, and good for wet on wet. My Meeden paper suggestion is 100% cotton, finer grade, and a bit more expensive.
