Can you see the irony in commenting on how crowded and busy north west towns and free camps are when so many people on youtube incentivise visiting them? Free camps I saw in the north looked like the queue for the Everest summit this year.
@@Bushhooksyes glad we did a lot of our travels 20 odd years ago , we went up the cape a couple of years ago and it wasn’t to bad as it was early in the season , but as we headed back south the hordes were heading north.
So glad I did all of this in the early 90’s. Disposable camera and a head full of memories. The amount of Aus Caravanning vids these days just creates the overcrowding. We spent 15 days just bumbling about the Pilbara and saw about 5 people in that time.

We were in Karijini this time last year and a lasy had slipped in kermit pool and broken her collar bone or shoulder. She needed to be retrived by SES. The walks are amazing, weve never done anything like it. Its so good to be seeing it again through you guys xx
Love your honesty and informative travels. The wife and I walked every gorge in that area in the mid eighties. No chains back then. Keep on travelling, we are still hard at it and finding new places all the time.
Wonderful views of Karijini. Good that you show that you don't have to be crazy, fit, adventurous to navigate to the harder to reach gorges and pools (like Bryce's brief demonstration - when walking in the water can get you there). And good on you, Chelsea, for overcoming the understandable fear of dump point operations 😀
Yes, I appreciated that too, as seeing some of the other TH-camrs doing these gorges makes it look impossible for me. But I reckon I could give it a go, seeing it's not as difficult as it's made out. Thank you, Chelsea and Bryce 👍
