Arrange a trip to Tueguegarao City either by plane or bus from Manila.From tuguegarao,you can ride a van for 1-2 hrs to Baggao and go directly to their tourism office or rescue 116 office in case of holidays or unholy hours of arrival.There, they will arrange your accomodation,tour guide and trasportation.There are 2 hotels in Baggao or you can arrange a homestay.Be reminded that this is an adventure.They will provide you with lifejacket and other safety outfit.
