I am actually losing sleep over the fact Swayman still isn't signed. Realized it a few nights ago when I had one last look to check if there was ANY news at all at 2 am, again.
a better signing would be to acquire arthur kaliyev (bargain salary&would be better than those two!)from the kings-tell sweeney to make the deal Haggs before someone beats you to the punch-go BRUINS!!!
I get what Haggs is saying about camp invites but to say there are young - 23 something- top six fowards floating around the league as unsigned free agents is a stretch. Maybe older guys, but do you really want 30 something guys filling your top 6 spots? That player better have been lights out as a younger player who still has juice in his 30s.
bruins do not have any other scoring other mainly pasta and marsh and he is old so we rely on pasta the 1 and only guy. how stupid and f ed up is that and the worst part bruins been riding him for years gosh look oilers they have how many play makers scorer and they still cant win the dam cup. Just imagine pasta goes out, bruins is playing Russian roulette. just look at the playoff for how many years now, lack of scoring. So yeah you need more scoring without a doubt. You say coyle and zacha listen if they were any good, why would it take them so dam long to show case what they truly have is because they just don't have it most just don't have that ability night in night out. Both have had unbelievable chances to showcase for how many seasons now and what we see a 20 goal season and a no show in the payoffs weak. So the more scoring you get from various players the better, one night you have it one night he has it but if you are relying only pasta or marsh forget it its all over just another disappointing season. unfortunately zacha coyle and federick just not very offensive minded so rigid no vision no dynamics no finesse no calms to their game just hard workers hard hat guys which they are not that good either.
