- Still learning the airplane and easing into the aerobatic regime. The power setting during the aerobatics was only half of what the book normally recommends. It has a disgusting amount of pull.

What’s the little red flashing light mean above your Engine monitoring System?
Part of the Engine Information System telling me that something is out of a preset tolerance. It stops flashing once you've acknowledged it. In that case the system was telling me the fuel flow was too high... which during takeoff you'd rather not know how much gas you're burning at that power setting. :)

That fabric on the top wing sure looks flimsy. It must not be double covered. I’m helping a friend build his model 12 right now and we are doing the double cover process with heavy duty first then light weight on the whole plane using AirTech covering systems.
