I was considering doing it a second time and it is a tad long of a story but it has captured my full attention like the greatest thing. I can't believe it myself. It's like you own personal for real twilight zone come spectacular or fascination and that's it as accepted as presented. Complaints are useless. I've replayed saves but only a few were good using cheats/fat man gun but the alien blaster is more controlled anyways. I sleep to the soundtrack "The Strip". It is chaos and harmony at the same time. As if they go together as one. I don't think I've had a dream about it yet but I did a year before I played it with the 45 feet high walls and the fence up there to climb over to escape. I made a four hour soundtrack and it's not allowed unless I give a phone number. Maybe I'll use my home number since it's hidden in a closet and AI keeps trying to call through with Yesman BS; ringing the freaking phone all the time. LOL hoes
New Vegas is one of my favorite videogames. The games about 15 years old. Most games come and go. New Vegas has a really well told story that people love to revisit.
Being an avid gamer and player of Fallout NV I had no idea that this was still going on, after all it is considered kind of an old game... but I still play the game from time to time!! It is a very good game. Good vid Sarah!!
No-one and I mean no-one is more qualified to be be queen of this festival than our girl Wonderhussy. What a great fit. If anyone can call themselves a costume designer it is she! I mean 9 years straight at Burning man. I mean present her with the crown and bow down in reverence!
4 years ago I drove my granddaughter to Goodspring to go to The Pioneer. This was my present to her for graduating from high school. We also went to see the Wild Mustang herds of Nevada.... I had no idea what this game was, I just was her chauffeur....this was very cool. Thanks again Wonderhussy.
Fallout New Vegas is such a great game. I love the fact that people are still playing it almost 15 years after it was released. Their cosplay is fantastic.
Just my opinion - I have no idea how much money you earn on TH-cam but it cannot be enough. Your unique ability to speak and story-tell in front of the camera and edit is VERY impressive. Well done. Great job!!!
Howdy Sarah! My son plays this game, it’s awesome! I used to watch him play it, it’s great. Thank you for sharing this, I bet once I show him he will be there next year. He is always talking about this. Please travel safety, you rock!
Apparently many of these costumed revelers are mostly NPC or non-player characters. It is a good way to get together, have a blast of a party, and dress like any character seen but also add a few items to a character to make it your own. Anyhow it is a good way to get of your "mom's basement" (LOL) and enjoy some camaraderie with your peers. The woman dressed as the waitress from the billboard ad from Rita's Cafe was the best! BTW I didn't see a single kid there Wonderhussy! LOL Looks like your going to have to add a space helmet to your wishlist and a date with ratrod owner Scott Johnson.
This Episode was Cool ! I Loved all the Costumes and how Everyone is so Chill and just to let you know i am 75 years old . Thank You for Letting us see what you see
Our favorite correspondent, Wonderhussy, doing her best to convert a corner of the Mojave into somewhere. Spreading the facts to all who are interested. Passing along good vibes. 😅 Stay well Sarah ❤❤❤
Love seeing the mix of history, creativity, and fun in this! 🎮🤠 Goodsprings looks like such a unique spot to explore. The way you capture these hidden gems makes me want to hit the road even more! Keep bringing the energy and adventure vibes! 🚗✨
This event has Hussy's name written all over it...costumes and interviews galore !! It's like an Outdoors Star Trek convention or a Comic-fest with some Mad Max thrown in. And Rhett Butler says, 'Frankly my darlin'...I don't give a damn about those cigarette burns.'...travel on Hussy and in a rat rod ??
Another good reason to visit Goodsprings. It’s a great desert adventure destination any day. Thank you for making this. Fun to discover this festival with your channel.
You always roll everywhere in style! Hugs, and may this season be full of wonder- hussy, and a new year of even more adventures. Love being your virtual sidekick. Thank you for sharing...
LAB2V starts Friday and ends in Vegas on Saturday. I am attending an old Scandinavian show on Saturday night, but if I see you there I would love to buy you a drink and meal. Love your videos as they make me want to travel.
Wow I'm just catching up to your videos after a busy Thanksgiving weekend and aftermath, and oh boy this episode brings so much joy in my heart. I don't play the game but I watched the Fall out tv series in Amazon base on this game with my 9yo kid. He would have loved to be there and see all the characters and costumes. We're Vegas locals and go camping a lot and we always pass by Pioneer Saloon. Hubby has been there as he mountain bikes nearby sometime but I sure want to see this place myself.
04:56 Thats me in the 101 jumpsuit!! I love seeing everyone's adventures through the event, even though I was there both days, there seemed to be plenty of things I hadn't caught!
Yes, The Fallout series is amazing!! The aesthetic is a mix of Postapcalyptic and 1950's Vault Boy is the mascot of a company in the games and of the game franchise itself. Come on Wonderhussy! You went to Wasteland Weekend. You should have seen some of this stuff....and some of those people. OK, That costume designer just earned a follow ....and if he's going to tell people he was trying to give his cat a pill then he needs WAY more blood.
Stupendous job of covering a podunk town event! You make your own fun and fallout. Time stands still when you get to the right place. Costume ideas for you.
❤ Just wanna say still enjoying your reports on ole western towns an hangouts ; That one guy that’s a Guitarist looks a lot like A young Sammy Hagar . Keep on Rocking 🎸🦃 in the free world ❤. And Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family & friends!
Hey Wonderhussy! Not the greatest game of all time, but some think it is the best in the series. It happens every year kinda like a comic con. Thanks for showing us
As a long time grandma gamer, i HIGHLY recommend playing Fallout New Vega, Fallout 3, and Fallout 4! These games are amazing , many ppl are firmly in the New Vegas is the best FO, i like them all. I would hang onto that mask, eventually it'll be worth $$ lol. Btw covering this earned ya a new follower😂😊
Wonderhussy U.K sub here. During the war when Clarke was in the US military, he stayed in my Grandads public house for one night in a city called Chester. He was supposed to stay at the Grosvenor Hotel opposite but they were full. His bedroom was next to my Mother's. I think it would be 1943. Regards from Chester. P.S. If your subs google Chester they will find it is famous for lots of reasons.
The 'rock' on the pot-bellied stove in the saloon is actually a piece of Carole Lombard's plane (I guess the metal fused to the rock on it). I learned that back in 1987 when I was taking a Geology lab at UNLV and we went to a few mines in the area. The bartender (previous owner) told me this little tidbit WAY before the saloon itself got built out. I feel like I should get back out there...the pulled pork sandwiches are amazing!
In hindsight you, wearing your classy "silver burning man themed catsuit with the electric implement" would have definitely fit in.
Best of both worlds! I’m a massive Wonderhussy fan, and a massive New Vegas fan. I’m in TH-cam heaven! If only I could “like” more than once!
I'm 75 and have played F.O.N.V. SEVERAL times . Great video!!
Nice! 😎
That’s great. 3 was my favorite. I have the paper guide and everything. Think I hit ever quest and perk.
I was considering doing it a second time and it is a tad long of a story but it has captured my full attention like the greatest thing. I can't believe it myself. Same, I even thought about moving to Good Springs, LOL

Excellent Vlog, Holy Shit My Favourite TH-camr and My Favourite Video Game in one.
Keep up the Great work
I love this perspective of someone who’s a local and isn’t a fallout fan. Glad to hear locals love it.
Fallout New Vegas is such a great game. I love the fact that people are still playing it almost 15 years after it was released. Their cosplay is fantastic.
Fantastic video, Sarah. You sure do find interesting places and events and interview people with enthusiasm and charm.

Great episode, really enjoyed it. You should do more stuff like this, I bet you pick up tons of subscribers from the Fallout crowd.
Thank you for covering this event, Wonderhussy! You did a helluva job. It's nice to see it from the perspective of a newcomer to the Fallout world.
Once again our eclectic on the scene tour guide delivers, nothing like it you have the sense of cool WE'RE NOT WORTHY thanks
one of the best video out of this event and it's not even from the fan of the franchise
maam you did hell of a work
Again you've shown us stuff we had no idea about. Good job!
Another good reason to visit Goodsprings. It’s a great desert adventure destination any day. Thank you for making this. Fun to discover this festival with your channel.
Love seeing WH mingling with other creative people.
This was great ! This gave me that warm, fuzzy feeling of wishing I was there, but you hit it out of the park showing the highlights. Great job !!

So glad you got to go this Wonderhussy! I’ll have to try and make it one year!
Such a great video. Love all the history and the neat costumes. Thanks for another great one👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Very well said. I always wondered what it would take to get those nerds out of their basement hideouts.
Great video Sarah, I shared it with a friend of mine who loves the game, I also told her about other videos you do
I went to the 2 room elementary school in Good Springs back in 1973, i lived in Sandy Valley just over the mountain. hasn't changed at all.
When you visit Pete, ask him about his mummified skull he found... Really Nice Dude when you meet him ...

I go through there in day and there’s nothing. At night it’s different. Hundreds of lights. You got my attention.

The NV bossman is named Mr House- his character is based on Howard Hughes
Wild! wonder why / how Goodsprings made it into the script? LIke the hill they are all walking up. Pretty crazy!
Sarah cracks me up. Need to check out the Fallout TV show.
👌 Fabulous Wonderhussy
