God bless this wonderful man! The Outsiders was an amazing book to read when i was a kid and is still one of my favorite books to this day. I am glad to know someone is looking after the “Curtis’s” house so well and making it available for future generations to see and enjoy.

Fun fact: The cast goofed around so much in the hotel and they decided to recreate the fountain scene in the hotel fountain. They would constantly be dunking each other and having so much fun that the hotel staff had it removed in weeks 😂
