Hi! Lovely collection! If you want to unknot your necklace, just put a bit of corn starch on it and "massage the knot" with your fingers, it will untangle in no time and won't damage the silver!

I have been tossing between the classic and supersize for awhile now. Classic seems the most popular and it has more options to build up, but the supersize has wider sections inside. Was so confused cause I can only buy it online where I live! Your video sold me on getting the supersize, thanks! :)

Hi quick question! I was wondering how long it took for you to get your jewelry box shipped? I ordered the exact same one from the container store about two weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped :/
Oh it took FOREVER. I think it was over a month before they were able to ship it. They’re apparently incredibly understaffed at the moment. But it was well worth the wait. Incredible quality

Canadian here. I purchased the same jewelry box from TCS and I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation email! They never responded to any of my emails regarding my order. ☹️☹️ I ended up purchasing the same one on Amazon UK, it was a bit pricier (because CAD currency sucks lol) but mine should be coming in the next week or so. Definitely worth checking out.
