Trust me, that guy was the GREATEST mayor New York ever had. When he was in office it was like he breathed life back into the city. You had to be there to appreciate it. Before he got in, the city was a complete and utter piece of shit. Everyone was miserable. Then he got in, and everything became amazing. We would listen to the radio when the police were facing off the mob in the fish market, it was incredible. That man has balls like you wouldn't believe.
