Then u can check big balcony one that one is 41 sqft,there is 1960 sqft also in 3.5 bhk balcony is 20 sqft .

@@GHUMAKKADANU small in the sense of width, that is 4.9 in all units, it is congested to accommodate grp of more that 2 persons . I feel balcony layout is not good.

one more thing I wanted to know how is the management of such big societies happens after 4-5 years?
