I use pork panko for almost all breading. I made chicken fingers just cutting up thighs, adding seasoning to the panko. It's super easy. I just got a new power xl microwave/air fryer/oven, etc.

You're blocking off the air circulation to the bottom of your food with the parchment paper. Buy some parchment with holes or buy some silicone 8 1/2 by 8 1/2 pads on Amazon.

I wish i was rich enough to have an Air Fryer. Microwaves good enough lol I was eating chicken nuggets until last year. Then i stopped getting any. They were those WalMart chicken nugget bags. They were all bread and crust. Barely any meat at all... Soo i ofc stopped funding those scammers making those chicken nuggets. Thanks for posting these, rich lady!!
