This is only the Haute Normandy (the northern part of the Seine river) You even show places with "Chars à voiles" (sail cars to run on large beaches in North of France. Where is Basse Normandy? Not here.
Vous connaissez bien mal la basse Normandie : Barfleur, Portbail sont dans la Manche donc dans l'ex Basse Normandie. Et on pratique le char à voile sur beaucoup de plages normandes
