I got the pin and screw back in.. now I need a break before continuing to try to put the bolt back. It’s been 10 minutes and I’m already going nuts 😂
My recommendation for you is that when dealing with noisy puzzles like this, try recording the voice track separately so that the noise of the puzzle doesn't interfere with the clarity of your words. I had to keep adjusting my volume settings to hear you over the clattering of the bottle

Yes patients - they take them to the mental ward and if any of the patients can beat it and put it back together without exploding in maniacal rage then they are cured and can go home. :)

Could you turn the flask over when putting the nut back on the bolt? It seemed like keeping the ball closer to the neck of the bottle made the screwing action easier.
This guy is So Graceful putting all the parts back together I just need to do this and do that and it's a simple no problem it would take me like 10 hours to put back together it's crazy

I discovered you could assemble the cotter pin on the wooden piece and slide it in without force. Saves much time as you focus only on the nut and screw.
They shouldn't make puzzles with glass like this. I would be so tempted to smash it open. The patience you have sir is the most amazing thing in this video.

Nice video! One thing that makes the reassembly slightly easier is that it is possible to put the clip in the pole before you put it back in the bottle. It should hang at just the right angle that it will be able to fit back into the bottle.
The puzzle itself isn't too crazy, though I'm sure it takes a lot of patience and good hand control. I just know the incessant *clattering* and *clinking* of metal on glass would drive me homicidally insane long before I finished reassembling the puzzle, and that'd just be rude to the next person who wants to solve it. Therefore I think I think I'll stick to those twisted wire ring puzzles.
I bought this puzzle when I was a teenager, and every Christmas my parents always got me a puzzle. I'd always solve the puzzle before Christmas day was over. This one I solved in actually I know for sure under 45 min. This one my parents were sure they'd stump me. I really enjoyed this puzzle and kept it for many many years. Someone accidently broke the bottle!

I was thinking the same thing.. as soon as I saw it I figured out how to do it theoretically but I was way more impressed that he was able to reassemble it so easily than I was that he was able to disassemble it.

The hairpin is for leverage and to make it so the stick won't spin 360 degrees inside the bottle.
