ചേച്ചി ഞാൻ ഇന്ന് ഉണ്ടാക്കി . ആദ്യമായാണ് ഞാൻ ബിരിയാണി ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നത്. അടിപൊളി ആയിരുന്നു . മനസും നിറഞ്ഞു വയറും നിറഞ്ഞു. മെയിൻ പോയിന്റ് ഇനി എവിടെ പോയാലും കോൺഫിഡന്റ് ആയി ഒരു ബിരിയാണി ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ എനിയ്ക്കു പറ്റും എന്നതാണ്. ഒരുപാട് നന്ദി

ആദ്യമായി ബിരിയാണി ഉണ്ടാക്കിയത് ഈ vedio കണ്ടിട്ടാണ്....ഇപ്പോഴും തുടർന്ന് കൊണ്ടേയിരിക്കുന്നു.... Perfect❤❤❤

പെങ്ങളെ ഈ ബിരിയാണി ഞാനിന്നു വെച്ചു ദുബായിൽ. ബിരിയാണി മസാല ഇടാൻ വിട്ടുപോയി. പക്ഷേ ബിരിയാണി അടിപൊളി ആയി. രണ്ടര അരി. അതിനുള്ള സാധനങ്ങളും വർദ്ധിപ്പിച്ചു. സംഭവം അടിപൊളിയായി. വളരെ സന്തോഷം. വളരെ നന്ദി
ഈ ഓണത്തിന് അമ്മ വീട്ടിൽ ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു. സദ്യ ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ എന്തായാലും പറ്റില്ലായിരുന്നു. അപ്പോൾ പിന്നെ ആദ്യമായി അമ്മ ഇല്ലാതെ കണ്ണൂർ കിച്ചൺ നോക്കി ബിരിയാണി ഉണ്ടാക്കി. ചോറിന് കുറച്ച് ഉപ്പ് കുറഞ്ഞല്ലാതെ വേറെ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു. thank you കണ്ണൂർ കിച്ചൺ എന്നെ പോലെ വീട്ടിൽ ഒറ്റകാവുന്നവർക്ക് ഇതു പോലത്തെ യൂട്യൂബ് ചാനൽ വളരെ ഉപകാരപ്രദമാണ്. 🙏🙏
