Glad you find my Oops! All American Houses map pretty instructive! I actually mainly made the map as a joke but I guess it does unintentionally serve as a good American regional architecture map!
For the Lyon mural you might have been thinking of "Le Mur des Canuts" that is in Croix-Rousse (neighborhood higher up in Lyon) around where you clicked. The one in the round was the "Fresque des Lyonnais" right near the docks.
Never been to Birmingham but thought that a street named Banbury in a large English city should be in Birmingham as Banbury is not that far from there.
This is the first time I've seen a geoguessr player use the boat registration trick. I feel like it's a little known fact that US boats can tell you the state you're in.
At 8:05, Ogden does not have the same numbering system as most cities in Utah as Ogden was a railroad town initially, not founded by the Mormons. Love this series as always!
The scuba divers - there's a workman's car there which says company name "AS" which could be norway meta? Limited companies use "AS" in denmark and norway. Or just get the scanidnavian vibe from the language
i could be slightly off but i believe the shitcam in India was actually a camera made by an Indian company, and was part of the contingency for Google covering India, but the shitcam in Cambodia, Lebanon, and Costa Rica (for now) is made by Google. Also there was a shitcam sighting in Nepal recently
Have you ever thought about doing geoguesser in real life? You get blindfolded and thrown onto a random metra line and you have to figure out where you were taken
Glad you enjoyed the murals! Too bad you got two in the same city, and so English-centric. There are a lot of world-wide locations and even cooler murals. Oh, if anybody plays this and the art is missing, sorry, some times they get painted over when updated coverage comes out. I try to stay on top of it, but it's a chore.
