How have you not worked on any official Star Wars movies or tv shows yet???? Like, seriously. This is amazing!
Thank you very much for saying . . . . maybe someday ;)
Fantastic build! The weathering is top notch!
Thank you so much guys! Really appreciate you having a look!
I guess im randomly asking but does someone know of a method to log back into an Instagram account?
I stupidly forgot my login password. I would appreciate any tricks you can offer me
@Alec River instablaster =)
@Abel Emiliano I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site thru google and im trying it out atm.
Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
@Abel Emiliano It did the trick and I finally got access to my account again. Im so happy!
Thank you so much you saved my account :D
The choice of colors here makes this look more like a Last Starfighter Game Cabinet
Yeah, it had that red and blue stripe too didn't it. I remember the case being black as well, I'll have to check it out.
And there's nothing wrong with that; it's a great movie!
And the console is indeed black.
@@TheSmugglersRoom - It’s all good. Just made me think you were gonna sign up to fight the Kodan Armada.
Brian, TOTALLY AMAZING! I wish you had your own TV show like on HGTV ! "Build the Future from Nothing" starring Brian! Really, amazing job on your paint booth!
HA! That would certainly be fun. Thank you very much!
05:39 - that is some great storytelling and history-imbuement right there.
Thank you!
Mr. Paint Booth! Hilarious! Love the Spaceballs reference!
So glad you like that!!!
Damn that weathering doe, simply awesome
Thank you! Carissa took it to a whole new level, so glad you liked it!
That's just a thing of beauty...another incredible build, and some absolutely outstanding weathering...that's just...that's just very Star Wars. Thanks!
Thank you so much!
Absolutely love how functional and awesome looking this is! The weathering is perfect and really feels like it's an old hunk of junk cobbled together and held together with the Force. Specificlaly, those "rails" on the front between the cutouts add a huge touch.
Thank you!
Okay, First... Awesome video! Second, love the blue added on AND the weathering is awesome. The blaster shots were a great addition too!
“My Paint Booth” love it!
Thank you my friend, so glad you liked it!
like it's not enough to be jealous of other's paint booths, you go and do this. Outstanding work!
LOL, thank you so much!
Hi you awesome Geek
Thank you for all you do for the community. Really appreciate your content and your support of all the builders, of every skill level, everywhere.
indeed! and thank you for your support, we appreciate YOU!!!
Thank you John! Really appreciate the kind words!
👍
That's like a reverse carbonite chamber!
LOL! Yeah, for sure! Thank you!
Dude… freaking beautiful
Thank you very much!
Awesome paint booth , it indeed looked really star warsy ... lol ,
Thank you!!
Comments to the camera during building are great! It makes a nice complement to just voice-over. Keep doing it please!
Great build as always! :D
We certainly will, working on improving that more and more as we go. Thank you for the feedback.
That weathering is top notch! What a project.
I'm in the process of making my spraybooth out of an old computer desk that is the perfect size for the space I have in my shop and you've given me great ideas on how I can achieve what I want it to look like but in a little smaller version thanks again for another awesome build
Awesome job!! Again you have added fervor to my hoard every piece of anything. Lol. I can’t wait to see what you paint in there.
Thank you so much! So glad to hear you enjoyed it!
I love the many layers levels. And the weathering was masterful. The amount of color range made it feel so real. The front especially...I totally thought this was the death star trash compactor.
Thank you Garland, much appreciated!
Is that some Spaceballs creeping into your build ... Mr. Paint Booth?
YESSSSSS, it creeps in anywhere it can in this house! Thank you for watching!
Always Keith . . . Always!
Another fantastic build!! I love the weathering detail that was used!! And those blaster marks are to die for!!
Thank you so much!!!!
Wow! Your designs and weathering are out of this solar system! Well done!
Thank you very much!
Oh my god... It. Looks. AWESOME!!!!!!!
Congratulations to create something new, useful and dirty looking object. If I wouldn't know what it is and would see it for the first time, I would probably believe that it is a 3D-Printer from a Spaceship.
Thank you! That's an awesome compliment!
@@TheSmugglersRoom
Nothing but the truth.
I don't remember a video where you Geekefied your 3D-Printers, I think that would be an awesome addition to the painting booth.
Totally amazing man.. so Star Wars even the weird drawer! Well done fella 👊
Well he can live with it!
LOL, thank you sir! Really appreciate it!
LOL!
The weathering is SO AWESOME!!! Great job y’all!!!
Thank you! Much appreciated!
This project is so gratifying to watch come together. Though the irony of spraying the exterior of a spray booth, indoors, is not lost on me.
Very impressive job! I could probably handle the painting and weathering but building something like this from scratch is way beyond my capabilities. I love the in-universe look
Thank you very much!
This might be some of your best work! Its SO STAR WARS! It looks like its part of Galaxy's Edge or a prop from The Mandalorian or maybe Rogue One. That weathering is PERFECTION!!!! the greeblies are PERFECTION! and that paint scheme is absolutely inspired!!!
Thank you very very much for the kind words. Wow, much appreciated
Absolutely Beautiful in a Galactic Scrap kinda way Love it
Lol, much appreciated
I always cringe when you go to town weathering, but you're right, the results are always amazing. I especially loved the one spot where it looked like a complete component superheated and blew up leaving a scorch mark. The blaster marks were a great touch too. Thanks for making the video!
Thank you much! The weathering stage is always a bit scary, it would be so easy to ruin the entire project if you mess up or go to far. It makes me sick every time we start. 🤣
How did I miss this for 3 days?!?!? Notifications are now ON, and I don't do that for just anybody.
Great work on the paint booth, it looks awesome and your wife is an ace at weathering. Don't even get me started on those LEDs, they're sweet!
Glad to see the transfer punches make their debut, I thought you'd find them useful.
Thank you so much! So glad you liked the project.
Words cannot convey just how much I love the way you both put so much love and care into theming every aspect of your workshop with Star Wars. Its a beautiful sight to behold!
Thank you!!! So glad you enjoy it, we get such a kick out of the process.
This simply amazing, you should call this a paint work station as it so much more than a spray booth
Great job I get a kick out of your greble skills.
LOL, thank you very much!!
This is great! I have seen many spray booth builds but I love that you both put your own spin and fun into it! It makes everything you guys do fun, unique and interesting!
Thanks so much!
Love it. From the side it looks like a very galactic Arcade machine
It really does! Thanks a bunch!
Wow, that is awesome. Great work! I love the weathering!
Thank you!!!!
Love this build so much! Coolest spray booth I’ve certainly ever seen.
Thank you good sir! Really appreciate that. So glad you liked it!
That paint booth is epic!!! I need to get some greeblies made so I can start on this build.
Thank you!!!
Weathering looks fantastic
Thank you
Watching your videos and other videos online have inspired me I started to make a death star door for my son's bi-folding closet door turning out really cool and I used a lot of your advice I just wanted to say thank you and I wish I could post some pictures
This would make a great throwback arcade game cabinet too.
Yeah, we totally thought it had a pretty slick "arcade" feel to it. Glad you liked it.
OUTSTANDING BUILD!!! I gotta say I am jealous!
Thank you! So glad you like it!
Amazing build and the weathering? From shiny Alderaan to dirty Raxus Prime in no time! That's what I call dirty good looking
Thank you very much!
It always makes me happy when one of your videos shows up in my subscription box. :) A wonderfully executed build!
Thank you! We really appreciate that
Amazing, you did it again Brian& Carissa👍
My brain going Nice👍, the mouth screaming YES.......
Thank you both this video made my day. 100% Joy and Enjoyment♥️👍
Thank you so much👍♥️
Thank you Daniel, really appreciate it!
OMG! Amazing. Totally friggin amazing. I especially love the blaster marks, and the weathering is amaze balls. What a fantastic build!!
Thank you so much. So glad to hear you liked the he project!
Brian! Awesome build! And paint job!💥👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿😁👍🏿
Thank you so much!
My favorite build yet.
Awesome, thanks!
Phenomenal weathering!!
Thank you!!!! Appreciate you stopping by for a look!
This is great. I'd like to see more about your motor and how you set that up, as well as how you chose that motor and flow rate and conduit size etc.
I could've easily seen that being converted into a photo booth as well for any guests you might have over! I also love that you're sticking to a used an old type theme for everything. Personally, I would've loved that clean look pre-grime and weathering. There can be new and clean things in the universe too! haha great job regardless and I hope I can undergo projects like these in the future.
LOL, a paint booth would have been funny.
I have to admit as well, I really had a hard time weathering this one. I typically love the projects dirty, but this one was tough because it looked pretty cool clean as well. Glad you liked it either way.
Amazing job! That weathering is incredible
Thank you!
You really are fantastic! This is such a satisfying and enjoyable build to watch, and you keep pointing me towards other amazing makers as well!!
Thank you so much!
another awesome build! the blast marks add the awesome touch!
Glad you like them!
That was so amazing to watch it all come together. I love the layering of depths, and then the weathering that just brings it to life. The rust color with the blue on white is so perfectly Star Wars. The blinking light panels, and whatever that handle thing on top is, so many just amazing parts, knobs, and well-placed greeblies. Also, totally BLOWN AWAY to be mentioned in there for my vent shapes you saw on my Stormtrooper transport bin! They look so good in there!
Thank you Colin! I had been tinkering with different vent designs for a while there, and then when I saw the way you used those on your project I just knew I had to cut some of them for this. Thanks for the inspiration, they worked perfectly!
@@TheSmugglersRoom Next time you have a small brush with black paint, you could paint the areas in the slots (to make it look like holes), and they might look even more like some sort of air intakes! I considered doing that instead of cutting holes and gluing in screen on my cases, but in the end, I thought airing the sweaty armor out might make function more important, but on here you already have a functional airflow.
Such a great job! Turned out great, you really nail that design and aesthetic!
Thank you! Cheers!
I love the little "Mr. Paint Booth" detail
thank you, always love a little nod to Spaceballs around here.
Cut off wheel sure beats a hack saw when cutting that flexible conduit that's for sure. Some of those black accent panels look like black MDF, or am I mistaken? Love those drawer fronts.
right!!! So glad you agree. The cut off wheel on the grinder is more fun than it should be. Those black panels are actually matte finish acrylic.
Dude I love your channel you and your wife are awesome. I wish I lived in America so I could visit your shop and see everything in person.
Thank you very much! We really appreciate it!
WOW!! You guys did amazing!!! Great job!!
Thanks so much!!
That should probably go in galaxies edge cause it is so cool and looks like it came from a galaxy far far away!
Very much appreciated it!
Another great project! Well done, you guys.
Thank you good sir! Really appreciate it!
Sickest paint booth ever
Thank you!
Brian spot on im going to build similar in my new workshop that I am building this summer thanks for inspiring me yet again
About a minute before you showed it, I was thinking that needs some blaster marks. Well done!
🤣 thank you!!
Looks like being at star tours!
thank you! That's a great compliment!
Another inspiring piece. functionable and beyond cool!...
Thank you!!!
I built a starwars/mass effect (star wars for the look, but mass effect for the colours and logos)
internal door for my garage today, after seeing your starwars cabinet this morning.
The filler is currently drying, then onto paint
Now i want to build a spray cabinet - although i have no use for one, so i wont bother
Great work - glad i stumbled across your channel
That’s awesome!! So glad you found us! Welcome
Another great addition to the room. If that were in my shop I would not use it to spray paint in...its too pretty! lol Man the weathering, greeblies, and blaster marks are sweeeeeet!
Thank you sir!!! So glad you liked it. Your torcher Gonk Droid build is epic by the way!
@@TheSmugglersRoom Thanks Hopefully part 2 is better.
All those laser blasts. Who knew painting was so dangerous.
Outstanding! One of your best builds yet!
Wow, thanks!
That looks awesome! With luck this will help out with all the other projects :)
Fingers crossed! That is hopefully the idea! Thank you!
Wow what a great work of art
Thank you so much 😀
wonderful skills....the both of you. always inspiring with your creativity.
Thank you!!! We truly appreciate that!
Love the build brother!! And the colors are awsome!!!
Thank you! Cheers!
Sorry, I have Chia tea, oatmeal, and toast. The top of your booth looks like the shape of an arcade cabinet. Good music selection for this. Again, another great build. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you so much!
Kreg jigs are great for drawers, make life soooooo much easier.
I need to get one of those kits for sure!
It looks amazing, it really looks like something out of the star wars movies. Greetings
Thank you so much!
Thanks for finishing the paint booth project. It turned out like it belongs in the Coruscant Sanitation Department! Awesome weathering job! Cool blaster burns 🔥!
Thanks for the parts and tools listing too.
What about some plans drawings for sale?
Thank you very much! Yes, we are working on a set of drawings and plans right now. We wanted to update them to match what we did with all the changes.
A truly awesome build. It was well worth the wait to see it finished.
Thank you Wayne, so glad you enjoyed it brother!
This is spectacular! The weathering makes it looks like it has been in use for decades. My side passion is costuming, and your struggle with drawers is like my struggle with sleeves, they NEVER go in right the first time. Your work is such an inspiration!
LOL!!!! I am glad I'm not alone with struggles! Thank you for sharing that!
Awesome work! I just found your channel about a week ago and now me and my 9 year old son are hooked! We are in the middle of a diy launch controller for model rockets, and when we started watching your videos we scrapped our original design and started seeking out greeblies. Inspiring stuff for sure!
That is so awesome, thank you! Hope you and your son have an amazing time building together!
Your paint booth looks very similar to my Intergalactic Hyperspacial Transmographier, the upgraded version.
I never make comments on TH-cam videos but I have to on this one. This weathering is amazing and inspiring! Such a great build.
Thank you very much!! My wife Carissa really knocked it out of the park with this one. Appreciate the feedback!
You have certainly outdone yourself, Brian. Of all of the builds you have done on this channel, I think this one might be my favorite. And that is saying a lot. I might be biased, since I'm building my own booth. You and Carissa have done an awesome job of making it OHHHHHHH SOOOOOOOO GRUBBBBY!!!. Absolutely the very best spray/paint booth this side of Jakku.
Thank you Deanna! Your booth is coming along so awesome as well!
Great grime on your awesome design!
Lol, thank you!
Totally amazing. You've inspired me so much. I need to make myself a spray booth but it'll be alot smaller.
Yes this build is so cool thank you for making such good content😀
your very welcome, and thank YOU for watching!
Always awesome and creative, keep it up
Thank you, we will!
You've really outdone yourself on this build. I absolutely love it!
Thank you!! That means a lot coming from you Ron!
This build was definitely worth the time effort and duration I feel so inspired after watching your work and skill
Thank you my friend, so glad you enjoyed it!
Let me just say.. I seriously appreciate the "Mr. Paint Booth" easter-egg!
LOL, so glad you did!
Picasso Ain't got nothing on this! Hell he can't even get close! :-D
Weathering is a art form of it's own. Some folks are ok at it...Then you have Mrs. Smuggler! She is fantastic ...
Yes we know it is a spray booth BUT! But! Oh! Hell it will add to the look... LOL
Thanks for the video!
LLAP Smugglers!
LOL, Thank you so much Bruce! So appreciate the wonderful comment. My wife is over the moon with the response!
Knocked it out of the park again bro
Thank you!!!
So good!!
Thank you!
Awesome job
Thank you!
OMG the talking out loud to the inanimate object......So glad I am not the only one LOL, all that was needed was to see the wife slowly backing out of the room like mine does
LOL!!! you are certainly not alone my friend.
Very fun to watch 🤠
So glad you enjoyed it
