1 knorr chicken bullion tomato base cube
Chicken broth
Hunts tomato sauce
1/3 cup flour
Corn tortillas
4 chicken breast
1small onion chopped
Green onions
Mexican shredded cheese
Shredded lettuce
Mexican cream
Queso Fresco
Pico de Gallo opinional

Thank you Gina. I prepared this for my family last night and they #ABSOLUTELY loved it. My children are young and therefore picky, but they had a second helping. I'm eating the leftovers right now, trust me everyone; after a night of all the flavors settling in, its even better the next day.

Hi Ms Gina, thank you for sharing, I did skip the warming process on my Enchilada Casserole and it did get a little mushy but still tasted good. I won’t skip that step again, and I used canned sauce because I’m all about easy these days. I was trying to do it from memory and just knew I missed something, lol. Mrs. GINNNAAAA GIRL! I think my husband is going to want to renew vows after that enchilada sauce. Not hot but just a tad bit of spice but nothing to run to get a glass of water. That salt in the tomato sauce and bullion cube and broth really balances out that heat! Thank you so much! Can't WAIT till my husband tries these.
