Eldar is the most versatile, precise, articulate pianist ever. He has mastered stride, classical, fusion, odd time meters, touch, composition etc...Ahead of his time. . I hope he comes back strong after this long hiatus he took. He's still underrated in my opinion, he should have won a Grammy for this album.
Eldar Djangirov i would love to hear you expand on your thoughts on rhythmic vocabulary. I can hear it doesn’t sound like McCoy rhythmically but can you articulate further?
Every time I see a new video of yours I just sit back in awe in 1. The skill presented 2. The creativity and the sheer fact that this music is written, and 3. How relistenable it really is. I always find myself coming back to your videos, and this is gonna be another one of them!
Saw you in a small jazz club underground on Broad St in Philly many years ago and said you are the greatest living jazz pianist. I still stand by that comment. Come give some performance in Las Vegas.
Ridiculous, I adore the synth meshed piano tones, I attempted rhapsodize at a recent concert I played, seemed ridiculous to improv with, you truly have been practicing Mr Eldar, It's sounding exemplary!
Love the toccata-esque repetitive notes! Very reminiscent of “voice” by Hiromi another artist whom I adore. I hope to listen to more. I’ve listening to you since you landed an NPR article back in the 00s!!!
Really looking forward to this album. I think this tune demonstrates to great effect not only your incredible technique but in some respects an evolution and progress of your compositional style and exploration of harmonic and rhythmic concepts. Passing this along for sure. :) And your drummer and bassist are also excellent.
Good lord this is absolutely incredible. I can't believe I'm just now discovering this guy
agreed. same reaction.
Ridiculously good, criminally underrated.
I watch this at least 5 times everyday
Да д да, я тоже, были дни.

The Best pianist in our time
After 0:57 seconds, I already feel like I’ve listened to five full songs.
Great to see a drummer with a sensitive touch who is not a bludgeoning bull in a china shop!
wouaou you are crazy or genius man ???? i love your music so much thanks you and youtube....
Sounds of McCoy Tyner legacy! Two thumbs up here!
Definitely has some McCoy-ish mannerisms in terms of fifths in the bass - but infused with a different rhythmic vocabulary.

I'm glad see young Millennial jazz talent make the scene and bring it to the people fearlessly.
Can’t wait for this new album to be released! February better hurry up!

3:30 he is faster than the camera
Art Tatum solo speeds 😉
2:32 line longer than Pablo Escobar"s whole stash.

Time signatures??
Yes
It’s a really fast 3/4
there is a very cool 3-2 polyrythm motive going on in the main theme. You can start following the count by watching at half speed 😅
Você dá aula??
