Sandy Blue Eyes had me tearing up at work. God Bless, and your parents are definitely proud of you. I remember a dream like that, but I was a little kid and I woke up crying. My mom is asking me what’s wrong and I was too embarrassed to tell her about my dream so I just said my stomach hurt. Anyhow I didn’t want to go to school, I wanted to stay home with mom. She takes me to school anyway, and it just so happens school was cancelled that day, teachers went on strike. Man! So I got to go with my mom and grandma to the swapmeet. I’ll never forget that as long as I live.

Chazz You are correct about the gravy/sauce issue,my mom called a marinara,sauce and she called a meat sauce gravy.Some Italian’s get so touchy over it !!
Love the old school ! Sandy is a handshake guy! Does not exist today as cheats are so common. I had a close friend named Sandy. He was identical to Chaz’s Sandy. Total trust! My Sandy you could trust him to hold 100k cash for you. In 10 years I could come back and ask for my money. He would be starving and never touch the cash. Because it was mine. Sandy was a real gentleman. If a guy used foul language around women my Sandy would call them out. Then slap their face and off attacked knock them out. Old School! I miss him. I never found anyone like him ever. Thanks!
Now I know that I am not the only one who doesn't like getting the check brought to the table. For years I've been trying to figure out how to take care of it without having to do it in front of the people whom I have invited out. Thought of maybe asking for a tab at my favorite places so I can just excuse myself for a minute, sign the tab and be done with it. I don't even worry about little mistakes on the check. Just make it quick and be done with it.
Ive heard that robert deniro is making a Frank Costello and Vito Genovese movie. If that is the case, Sandy Blue Eyes should play uncle Frank 👌🏼. He looks very similar to him.
Btw - I also consider myself OS, but I had forgotten about the pay the check on the way to the men's room to avoid embarrassment trick unless you don't plan on seeing the woman again anyway. Thanks

One more on OS clothing. Where can you buy peaked lapel suits anymore? They almost all made with notched lapels, these are good for business meetings but not for a classy dinner date with a woman.

I’ve tried Sandy’s suggestion of cutting every 2 1/2 days and it does make a difference. This was without prepping too!
