Who cares if the phone if slightly thicker if it has a bigger battery ? More megapixel doesn't necessarily means better quality image, post processing also matters etc...
I have the P30 Lite Peacock Blue. Downgraded from the Mate 10 Pro but being that it's been almost 3 years since that phone. I consider it an upgrade of sorts as it's been starting to fail me. And I love this phone. Only major gripe for me is that I cannot connect to 5G WiFi bands, so I can't use it at work and can only use 2G on my dual band router

A50 is really good, but that in display fingerprint sensor instead of a rear fingerprint scanner at the back really makes me confused between the two phones. Also, the software of a camera is just as important as the specs of the camera, proven by the Pixel. Really hope something with the best of both worlds would be introduced soon so that I can finally make my purchase! Nice and helpful vid too!

I think most important thing is display quality.. you can take pictures maybe 10% of time (if you really like taking pictures), you listen to misic maybe 10% of time, what ever.. but everything happens on display 99% of the time... therefore if someone can not decide i would go for a50 amoled.. perfect display quality was reason why i have chosen s8

My family has always used Samsung but I really feel like getting the huawei p30 lite and because my phone is broken I really need a new one. I’ve wanted it for like two months now (my phone has been broken for about three, yes. I’ve been without a phone for three months. You’ll survive) about one week ago my mom and I went to a store to buy it, they curretly didn’t have it (it was sold out I guess) so they would contact us when they do get them, Said it would be around two to three days. Today one week later we went to check cuz we hadn’t recieved a message yet. They still didn’t have it, I was cool with that, I mean I’ve been without a phone for so long that one week or two don’t really make that big of a difference and I still have my school IPad. But for some reason my SISTER (that was with us this time) did not like it and was like look this ones cool and I explained that was the A50 and that it was my plan B phone, like if suddenly all Huawei p30 lite phones would vanish from the face of the earth. And for some reason her head was like “that means you will get this one instead?” And then proceeds to tell our mom that I don’t need the p30 lite and that I like this one more and I was just standing there with our and was like “wut?” And said to him I don’t want that, and of course he said of course we will get one that you like and when we went out my sister was for some reason really angry at me for “being so picky” and not taking the A50. It depends what you are looking for. I've owned both brands, but I have to say that huawei is more durable and I'm not the only one who thinks so. In my opinion, Huawei seems more fluid, but your opinion matters. In my opinion, Samsung Galaxy A50 is way better than Huawei P30 and I’m going to explain you why. To begin with, Samsung has bigger dimensions than Huawei, personally I think much is better and P30 LITE isn’t as big as Galaxy A50, in the video they say P30 is better but that’s debatable, I think it depends of the preferences of the person, P30 is as thick as A50 so I don’t have any problem there and A50 is way too heavy not like P30. Let’s move on to the body, P30 is not as fashion as A50 and the only bad thing here is that they are not water resistant. If you ask me, the best part of any cellphone is the camera and P30 isn’t as good as A50 as you saw in the video, it has many more things that A50 doesn’t have.
Samsung is far better than the two big Chinese companies. First because Samsung has better screens and she builds them for their mobiles and second because Samsung has better cameras. Don't just look the megapixels.

The p30 lite is capable of 1080p 60 fps videos. Its a setting in the settings. And rear camera on p30 lite is 48 mp. Its the front camera thats 24 mp.

To begin with, Samsung has bigger dimensions than Huawei, personally I think much is better and P30 LITE isn’t as big as Galaxy A50, in the video they say P30 is better but that’s debatable, I think it depends of the preferences of the person, P30 is as thick as A50 so I don’t have any problem there and A50 is way too heavy not like P30.
Let’s move on to the body, P30 is not as fashion as A50 and the only bad thing here is that they are not water resistant.
If you ask me, the best part of any cellphone is the camera and P30 isn’t as good as A50 as you saw in the video, it has many more things that A50 doesn’t have.
