this worked!!!! I would be so annoyed why it is blurry. I sent the video to myself in Whatsapp and selected the HD option. Then forward to status. No more blurriness.

Or you can compress it yourself to 1080p 1Mbps bitrate, or 720p 3Mbps bitrate. And Whatsapp will post it as it is

It works but depends on the video , because I tried this method with two different videos and one didn't work. But for now is the best I got until whatsap decides to fix this
