Ive been running a traveller campaign (basically sci-fi D&D) for 20 years thats based in the animorphs universe. Its year 2200, earth has fallen to the yeerks, and humanity has spread to 5 other planets, joining the andelites in their war against the yeerks. My players made it 17 years (real life time) into the game before they learned that the savage sci fi world they had grown up playing in was based on a kids book. One of tgeir kids told them about Andelites and he said his brain about broke lol. Finishing the campaign this weekend. Theyre fighting tgeir way up the Crayak tower, looking for his old body thats wired in to the technology that grants him his godlike status. I took plenty of liberties, but its animorphs at its heart. The fact that they dont have an official TTRPG is a travesty.
@AnimorphsUniverse It's all finished up, and it was Glorious! Hearing grown-ass players talk for days about your geek finale is endlessly satisfying. They're all reading the books now, excited that the aliens they've been working with and against exist in something outside of Traveller. I've make 5 guys in their 30s dig into scholastic books. Mission accomplished.
The Animorphs came out. Before everyone was complaining. When something wasn't going their way. It is a good series of books. To bad the show had problems.
I wonder if the movie series, if it ever comes, will follow the storyline from the Visser at all..most of what Visser One does reminds me of the woke movement. And with how thats being pushed up against lately, it would be interesting for them to visit
I relish all the Animorphs content I can get. Truly, we need an Animorphs revival!
True! Let's do it!
Facts
tl;dr
There's aliens
War is hell
Shit's crazy
Yup!
They were really good books ! Wish the bring back a tv series
Hopefully with a bigger budget!
I bet an animated series would be cool
Anime series. And don't censor the violence.

You've done God's work! I'd love to do something like that.

27 minutes 54 books, that's about 1 book every 30 seconds
Not as concise as I planned to be... but I naturally ramble, so it was inevitable!
That hand drawn Ax is giving me real Sonichu vibes with the colour scheme
Sonaxhu
Good summary. Brought back a lot of memories. Thanks.
Congrats, you got over 1000 finally! that happened at a yeerk's pace, amiright? lol
Thanks! Correct, too. =P
Can you do a Hork Bajiir Chonicles and/or The Ellimist?
A summary of them? Hmm... not a bad idea.
I did a book report on the Invasion.

I can’t believe Rachel dies. 😡
It was a foretold prophecy!

I doubt it will touch on Visser at all. It's too far down the Animorphs rabbit hole
