Tommy, the Charging Dock works. Just push up the flat piece that is behind where your sit the device. That flat piece is like a kick stand that holds it up.

People often get different results depending on their hair type, wet shave vs. dry shave, using oils, going in circular motions vs straight lines, etc - we'd love to hook you up with some pre-shave oil to see if that makes a difference in smoothness for you! If you ever have any issues, don't hesitate to reach out. You're covered by a 1-year or lifetime warranty depending on which they selected.

Tommy, you nailed it on the head…….”it doesn’t do what they say it does.” In my mind for that reason it’s an EPIC FAILURE and should be priced as such and the advertising modified. I tried everything I could before I threw mine in the trash. I tried multiple gels and creams and even dry shaving. For me personally I don’t want stubble, I can stand that feeling and the ladies hate it too. A shaver should shave…….My opinion of this, and it’s just my opinion is this product is worthless trash.
For what I'm using it for it works. But yea I was dissapointed and had to make that clear in the video

Hey I have been shaving my head for the past 25+ years. This shaver is a piece of crap. I had to replace my 3 times within a period of 1 year and the last one is broken already. Do not use it on shower even-dough the add says you can. Is a crappy product.
