People like myself cleaning out mode switches all the time and that is your problem
People need to start tilling mode switches causes problem's like that all the time when they get dirty in time they need to be cleaned out every now and then that people don't have that problem

You need a VHS head cleaner tape to clean your VCR!
It's not like the head drums are dirty. They suffer from a wonky function encoder switch, which causes things like that to happen.
You think that can't be fixed and clean out your mode switche everything proven people was never to know about dirty mode switches cause problem s like that all the time
