The hardest part for me by far is the bridge between 58 and 59 that leads to the third checkpoint. I quit Perplexus for months because of it and then learned how to do it.
at my elementary school, there was an after school program that had one of these and if you got to the spiral bit, you were seen as awesome, if you got to then (by cheating it) it was 50/50 on reactions, and if you got to the purple wire (aka No one) you were god.
my perplexus experience played, - is nice toy for us to get focus & mind blowing, so can tap finger for make it ball shaking. - 58 is scary for 1st time because the ball suddenly disappear inside hole but actually is jump to 61. - number 61 for 2nd row can shake a bit for jump straight to 100. - 76 to get purple 77 must balance faster. - 30 also faster a bit to skip 31. - 32 is awesome through 34 to get scoop 35. - 39 can straight skip to 87 if go faster downhill. - 90 also go fast straight to 92. - 98 dangerous jump to 99. - 99 purple is no hold for ball. - for 1st time i thought 3rd row is the last for final stage 66 middle.
So sad my Perplexus Original broke, I really miss this version. the Epic is a great puzzle too but there was just something so satisfying about that spiral...
When you go down the little thing to get to level 27, my ball keeps on getting stuck in the hole. It won't go down so I have to bang the whole thing against a wall so the ball can get unstuck.
I just got the beast and I think there may be a manufacturing flaw as mine gets horribly stuck around 12 (I think?). Driving me crazy. Seems like there’s an extra dab of plastic that’s holding the ball. If gently smack or tap it stays stuck but if I turn and tap hard it just falls off the track
Well it's not really broken or anything defective, maybe it's just a fresh different version? Notice that there are skrews there on places to keep the pieces together? Mine only has flush tacks, no cross for a screw driver to come in
Hmm, maybe the newer versions don't come with screws. My newest Perplexus doesn't have any screws either, maybe they changed it on their old versions as well.
Got the Beast version for christmas and I'm finding it surprisingly challenging, at least compared to the Rebel. The flip between 30 and 31 is funky (it takes a while to get used to), the hoop at 62-63 / 99-100 is infuriatingly hellish (my personal best run so far was, in fact, 1-99, sigh) and the whole slide from 90 to 92 is kind of flukey every time. The drop from the large spiral into the swiveling bucket also feels quite random, with the ball often falling for reasons I seemingly don't understand just yet. The 58-59 tunnel is perfectly safe once you figure out what to do imho, although I reckon that might be due to a minor build issue. Just ordered the Golden Snitch and Portal versions as well, btw. I have a knack for physical puzzles and dexterity-based tricks such as cubing and cardistry - as well as for rage-inducing videogames such as Cuphead, Celeste, Geometry Dash and the likes, lmao - and these quirky mazey things slipped out of my radar until now!

grant the game r Put it in the little slot, then slowly make sure it is level. Slightly tilt it down, then let it fall by the purple thing. Ease it onto the purple thing, and ta-da :)
Same. I got it for the first time today. How to do it: Carefully turn the perplexus so that the entrances are facing down tilt the perplexus forward and left very very carefully tilt the perplexus left and very very carefully roll onto the tight rope don't give up. Use the purple starting zone to get to 30 quicker.
Hey man, sorry for the delayed response. Honestly, all I can really recommend is just take it slow, those types of sections you don't need to make any big movements, just a very subtle tilt should be enough to get around it. For me, it's partially trial and error, eventually you complete it enough you just get a feel for it. That's all I really have for you. Hope it helps!
U gotta have to be a bit careful when u drop to the purple hat. Not necessary to flip ur ball aggresively. Notice that it will stop like at 90 degrees. Slightly tilt ur ball and it will land on the other side of the spiral
I’m not gonna say this one is “easy”..but go to Amazon or eBay and spend $10 on the “Space Challenge Maze Globe” by Sharper Image. Now THAT’s a maze that will make this one seem like a cake walk

I once skipped from 1 to 100 lol and I beat 30 many times but can’t beat it again
in the first one, once you get pass the little green sideways thing, you can skip the ball to the swirly orange part, then you're finshed lol
