Great route Jay. Pretty much knew exactly where you were the whole way which is cool. It can be a bit tricky up the back of Newlands corner. A lot of crossing pathways. Lucky for me it's basically my back yard so I know it pretty well now 😂 solid run bud! 😎🤘
Hi Michael. Its more a case of me going trying to find areas i havent run on before and using plotaroute.com to plot myself a route. The plan is then to eventually get to a point where ive explored as many trails, paths and areas as I can.

Jay is heat map a thing where you follow where lots of others have run ? If so how do you discover it and follow. Sorry if I’m not very tech savvy 😵💫
