I appear 1:37:12 and finished 4 hrs 30 (revised) so well marked

Well done. Navigation is why I made a pouch to carry a physical map with the route marked on the front of my race vest (its actually a travel towel case I repurposed with some spare strapping stitched on!).

I hope you didn't try to eat that so called sweet corn, it's not very sweet and its maize for cattle feed.

Interesting experiment Jay. I think I experienced the same thing when I was recovering from the throat infection. The following 2 weeks were a struggle but don't worry it will come back. 😎🤘

I was there and suffered from the heat too, I had to walk the last 5k. Great video btw!

Great effort buddy! I was down in Eastbourne supporting a couple of friends who ran the 50k too! I ran the event last year and thought it was really well organised

That brought back some painful memories. The last 10k was a lot quieter by the time we arrived!

I live in Hangleton (Hove actually) so nice to see devils dyke and trails I know. Well done on the race. I can barely do a 5k but I aspire to ultra distances, so that's a follow from me. :)

Jay is heat map a thing where you follow where lots of others have run ? If so how do you discover it and follow. Sorry if I’m not very tech savvy 😵‍💫

Great route Jay. Pretty much knew exactly where you were the whole way which is cool. It can be a bit tricky up the back of Newlands corner. A lot of crossing pathways. Lucky for me it's basically my back yard so I know it pretty well now 😂 solid run bud! 😎🤘
