by now you may notice that Malaysian building interiors don't have much sound deadening. it's because of the bare concrete surfaces so any sound will echo.
Malaysia have ABUNDANCE of great properties, but we are lack of professional job supplies especially for us malaysian
Properties in Malaysia are super expensive. Malaysians can't afford to buy one.
Malaysia's professional work pay is cheap. Not really worth it. Most of Malaysians working outside Malaysia like Bangladeshis working in Malaysia.

Hi Aki, you should visit Petalz residence by EXSIM in old klang road. I used to stay through airbnb. Was an amazing condo with basketball court, track&field, jacuzzi, badminton court, library... everything is in the condo. The top of the condo you can have space where you can have party or barbecue.

Actually Johor Baru is not the 2nd largest city in Malaysia. Its the 4th largest after Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Ipoh based on population. But yes, it is a futuristic city in many ways. So many Singaporeans own houses in this city.

Can't believe you're there. I live at the eco botanic, the houses there. The house is also spacious and there are 4rooms+2 store room and each room have their own bathroom/toilet so it makes it 6. and the balcony is also wide. Too bad I'm at university right now and can't meet you while you're in johor

In Penang there is this condo Setia Residences and it has 48 floors and my grandma's friend lives on the 30th floor and it has a jacusi with a balcony and it has a bath tub view of the city and the entire area is electronic activated except for the stove and oven and the entire area is 2000 sq ft. It's 1.3 million RM though

Hi Aki😉..After a few earthquake @ Sabah , most of us afraid to stay@ high building . I remember how difficult to open the door and unable to run down stairs . So, many empty Condo / Apartment @ Sabah still vacant.... Staying or working @ high building, we can see 5 star View 😁.. ..but now, I can see new trend here... Condo & Apartment convert into ' Homestay' for travelers...

Either I'm missing something or have different standards. Can someone elaborate what's FUTURISTIC about this condo? It looks like a basic condo. In addition, doesn't have a central air system (ac unit on wall), no light sensors, and Asian style bathrooms...or is this considered "Futuristic" for Malaysian standards or for Aki? These are considered standard condos in North America, give or take the ceiling height.
What is it so futuristic about that? It’s very basic in Malaysia. Literally all the condominiums in Malaysia have the same thing. It’s a basic home. Or a starter home. Lol

ECOWORLDは以前は長期滞在ビザも支給されたけど政権変わってから発行しなくなって、売れなくなっちゃったんじゃないかな。
