Subject : patent related queries. With due respect 🙏 My self Ayush and I am resident of India. Ma'am while scrolling Instagram I found a bicycle design. I want to manufacture and sell that in india. But the problem is that owner had filled a patent application in USA .I don't know whether his patent is also valid in India too. If his patent valid only in USA than whether I could manufacture and sell it in india. Plz help me. I truly believe that you will really help me out . Thanking you Ayush
