Nice home Jack but what is with all these newer homes being built with just a shower in the primary? Is it to cut cost? I can't imagine buying a home and having no tub in the primary ..its my relaxing safe space after work 😂

@Avenue72nd I totally agree, even if they have to do a spacious tub/shower combo. I'm not buying a house without a tub in the primary.

Yes, you can tell this builder invested the least amount of money in this home...pretty basic with small bedrooms and loft.
No sink in laundry room and no bath tub in primary bathroom...
