I understand completely. The hair I use comes in 3 or sometimes 4 bundles in a pack. So for each bundle I split it in half, then I take that half and split it in half and so on until I have even amounts. For me it made things much easier and my braids come out super even. Girl I learned that from Beautycanbraid, she has a video on it #279. She shows you in detail. I'm going to be looking for this hair that she's showing now but if I don't find it I'll just keep doing it the way she showed me. I hope this helps.

I love how neat your Knotless Braids are. I notice when people braid a full round before adding hair it looks like that the added hair is pulling on the natural hair and doesn't last as long. But your are nice and close to the scalp. Beautiful 💖

Thank you for the content of this video. I would however advise that all hair be pretreated no matter what the package states. Always wash the hair! We must realize that this synthetic hair is made on machinery in factories. How do we know the machinery is sanitized? How do we know that the packaging is clean? We don't know, which is why it is SO important to wash/ soak purchased hair in a cleanser before use.
Yessssssssssss! I gotta do the rubberband method to braid so it stays tight.. I wash all my hair regardless. I don't trust that is. And I'm allergic to ACV.. I just wash it in my shampoo a few times then condition it good. Only high premium fiber hair for me..its blended .
Now all I need is them to make an extra long crochet latch hook so I can do individual crochet locs in one swoop. You always keep us informed on what's new. Tfs💜

This has always been an obstacle for me the splitting of hair to make things even. Thanks for educating me on this new hair. You're the best sis. Stay well.
That's my thing too with the style, it's alot of scalp, especially with how long some of the braids end up being. But I think I'll try it with bigger braids and see, maybe that will help. 😂
With this style you can make the braid squares slightly smaller and brick layer each row so it won't show so much scalp. Once it grows out for a week or so it won't show as much🙂

I have never been able to really do traditional individual braids, but for some reason I have no problem doing these. I love feed down to the scalp braids and these are done almost the same way.

Having your scalp exposed is the best you can hope for your scalp as it helps it to breathe.
With this style you can make the braid squares slightly smaller and brick layer each row so it won't show so much scalp. Once it grows out for a week or so it won't show as much🙂
