    I got an H9 Max Dark, and it seems there is a dearth of videos digging into the H9, when compared to more in vogue pedals. All this is to say: I really enjoy and appreciate your H9 videos!

      @LeonTodd Wait... you have the Stevie Ray Vaughan signature Roland rack reverb... any idea what Zakk's settings were, and if there's an algorithm in the H90 that might get close? I just went with the vintage stereo setting in the SP2016 algo for now.

    Hey Leon great vid!
    Got a question for ya. I have the Marshall JVM410HJS and thinking about going for an all in one with it. Would you do the AX8 or the Eventide H9Max for effects. I also have a midi controller. Which one is easiest and mainly only want it for effects unless there is something better to put in the effects loop. What is your suggestion? Thanks

    • @Techo1329
      @Techo1329 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey man, I'm on the same mission and have all but settled on the GT-1000 Core as the device to bring bucket loads of capability to my Marshall combo. Planing to put the Core on a small board with my old Crybaby and SD-1, the old pedals into one of the Core's loops and the Core in the amps loop via 4CM. Really attracted to the Core for its fully programmable 24 block signal chain and its ability to switch the amps channels within a patch.

    • @axeman7352
      @axeman7352 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Techo1329 my bass player told me he had a GT1000 now that I think of it that he didn't use. Maybe I'll borrow his and try it out. I run my SD-1, chorus, volume, and Morley wah up front and my 2nd volume, delay, and reverb in the loop. Looking for more effects and less equipment mainly without noticeable switching. I ran the TC G-Major 2 rack (midi)and it didn't seem to change without delays on certain settings. I want an easy setup and tear down. I went from my Marshall to the H&K GM40 and it does everything except I can't quite get my Marshall tone I want, otherwise it is awesome for easy.

I laugh when these kids try to knock the 80s...the girls had big hair short skirts with heels, they didn't run around in potato sacks, and the gyys never looked like they had a load of shit in their pants haha our pants FIT.
