    Many people find these apartments to be cool, however each has their own perspective. However looking at the prices some of the flats in Hyderabad and Bangalore makes me wonder if it is really worth it. After few years apartments depreciate, they become old and worn out. Doesn’t appeal to me as much as buying a piece of land. Let me know your perspective guys.

      Lets say your living in hyderabad .....you got 2 cr to invest .
      option 1 : Buy 150 sq yards for 1.5 cr and 50 laks for home construction .
      option 2 : Buy a flat for 1 cr and remaining buy a land in your hometown or outskirts of hyd .

      Depends on the place of the property. These areas are gonna be at prime areas and they wont depreciate like builder floors at normal areas. If you want to have a lifestyle where you being at the heart of the city then these high roses are for you.

      For example, In a 5 lakh sft land they are constructing 50 lakh Sft.
      In Jubilee Hills, approximately 10 individuals reside on an acre of land.
      In a gated community of villas, approximately 40 individuals reside on an acre of land. Consequently, they require approximately 40,000 liters of water per day, as per commercial usage norms.
      In a gated community high rise apartment, approximately 600 individuals reside on an acre of land, necessitating approximately 600,000 liters of water daily.
      These high-rise buildings are an environmental disaster.
      Its a severe strain on environment and ecology. So let's not even think of investing in apartments.
      Fire safety equipment is limited to 10 floors only. Even in Newyork high rises only exist on one part of the city only and we are not as well equipped as Newyork nor our population is. If I talk about electricity prices in high rise prices for daily use of equipment and amenities are staggering.
      Next comes car parking, first of all there are parking issues even today. If all the cars in the apartments are replaced with EVs, can they provide EV charging infra for every car ?
      So anyday non gated community, independent plot is best. Even though it's a small one. You can have your own muncipal and bore water connection with a recharge pit and a 3-5kw solar connection with net metering from TSSPDCL.

    It will be hell for the people who stay in these flats.Imagin road congession after completion of these projects..,leave crores of rupees gone waste ...Mindless planning ..

      @gopinath4119 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Nope, all these areas are with 100 and 200ft roads and these are gated communities which leads less people to come out unless builder floors in 40 ft roads are gonna be always crowded where they need to comes out even for 2 eggs from shop.

      In addition to traffic, water, sewerage and electricity will become a very big problem for these high rise apartments in the future.
      Water is the essence of life, without water there is no life. And these high rise apartments cannot supply water to everyone in the building. They will clean their own grey water and resupply to urinals and commodes again. Max sustainence of any STP plant is 6 years.

      like? the whole west have good connectivity with wide roads, good drainage system and more flyovers and roads are coming in. Plantation work will be started once construction works done in respective areas.

    still wonder why people are buying these flats future will be scary poor air quality , water problem huge traffic congestions more over for 2 bhk 1.2 cr it is like comiting suicide

    • @gopinath4119
      @gopinath4119 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      Then why people still living in Hyderabad? 😀. They would have went to their village by now if they feel scary. You don't need to commit suicide andi. Just go to normal colonies when you can get a flat for 40lks and live there happily. Not everyone need to be in gated communities.

      I think most ppl having money are buying multiple flats. Also real estate runs on black money.

    • @gopinath4119
      @gopinath4119 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@phanindra40 it's not that easy now. Once Rera approved and construction started you can't use black money to buy one. Especially tier 1 builders.
