Excellent tribute, sir⚡Well done, again! Mary Jenkins seems so classy. I really enjoyed this. I have a short independently published paperback of Mary Jenkins' years at Graceland. It's signed by her, dated 1985. I think it's unique. It has some sweet stories
He bought Mary a house, cars, jewelry. She was with him a long time, lots of love between them. Very sweet woman. He called her May Wee. Rest easy to them both..
Mary was a sweetheart. Such a nice lady. She ADORED Elvis and he adored her. All of the black workers loved him and all said that he was sweet, kind and funny. None of them ever sold him out or turned on him unlike the white "friends" who did. They were loyal to him and he was loyal to them. Their books were memoirs and not tell all tabloid books like the Mafia's books.
Hmmmm .... I wonder if skin color was the defining difference between those who, as you say, "sold him out"? Was it the "white skin" that caused their actions, you think? My question is about as stupid as your statement. Why didn't you just differentiate by saying "his cooks" vs. "his supposed friends" ??? Race had nothing to do with anything. Must be a Democr ..... never mind.
I almost didn't recognize the dj without his mustache and beard but I was like, "That voice, I know that voice. Who is that?" It took me a few minutes but then I was like, "That's Wolfman Jack! Wolfman Jack's interviewing Elvis' cook! This is classic!"
rest in peace Miss Mary
His cooks absolutely loved him and he sure loved them
Elvis effectionaly called her "May Wee" for Mary.
Sweet lady. She has nothing but nice things to say about Elvis. 💜 Elvis
sweet lady , not a bad word to say about Elvis , he knew she was trustworthy that’s why she was there for so long , Elvis loved her .
What a wonderful lady. I’m sure Elvis loved her and the way she treated him.
Not only Elvis was handsome but he was also good at heart (he had bought this woman a house and a car)

She prepared what HE WANTED. She was his cook, not his doctor.
