Something different than what you are use to seeing on this channel. Very excited about this new direction and this new series "In the Long Run" I am going to be showing more of my life as a marathoner and photographer this year. Cannot wait to show you more. Thank you in advance for the support! more videos to come xo
a film by Drew Willson: drew.willso...
There was a typo in the first upload, So I had to delete and re-upload. Sorry for that yall! I hope you enjoy xo
To so many people, just finishing would be amazing and would probably be emotional. But when you spend so much time working toward getting better, but the outcome is worse, it's like a knife in your back. And if you have an injury, you know it's probably going to be another 3-6 months of dedicated work to get back to the fitness you were during your best Marathon, and you never know that next one could go better than your best, or worse than your worst. I loved it. More talented runners and filmmakers are documenting their journeys. The marathon is such a hard distance, and it demands so much respect.
😍
🥰
The story-telling, the vibes, just so easy and enjoyable to watch. Thanks for sharing this with us, Joe!
the blinking "bandit" logo. looks cool. : )
Running truly is a wild ride, and sometimes a single run can take you through all of life's emotions. You're a true inspiration for how resilient a runner can be. Can't wait to see you run next time!

Dude this was so freaking beautiful and inspiring. Thank you for being vulnerable and sharing.
Sweet video, Joe! Your work hits right every time.
Loved seeing that finish line footage of us at 16:25. Meant a lot to have someone who was also disappointed in their 2nd half to suffer with during those immediate post-race moments.
Now go get it at Boston brotha!!🔥
incredible journey Joe so much inspiration for my first marathon
Everything is possible as long as the mind is set. Beautifully told story. Can't wait to see more! :)

Wow, that was very melancholic. Not quite the 'hype video' I was expecting. Unlucky Joe - You'll no doubt hit that PR soon. Looking forward to following the journey.
Loved it. I had a similar experience (with different pace and time 😂).. but I’m so grateful too.
