    To the uninitiated, where you start from, most guys would just give up !!! It's just mesmerizing watching you just take what's usable left from each car, and add each new section and piece, until I its a car oune again ... Please, keep sharing them. 👍

    So satisfying to see a rusted out hulk so carefully resurrected back to the awesome classic it will become. Mad skills and much appreciation for sharing!

    Awesome work. Nice to see you do this on a " normal guys garage"

    Would love a video on how you clean these up so well. Removing the surface rust from the old structure and get it prepped.

    watching your videos sure has helped me approach my 66 F100 with a plan on how to repair and replace the rusted out areas .

    It’s a standard process but, then again, it’s not! It’s always nice to see things rescued from the junk pile.

    I was wondering why you don't spot weld more of these replacement parts in place. Save alot of time cleaning up and as a bonus if it ever needed body repairs much easier to remove .

    Awesome video as usual, you make it look so easy, I can see where it could get way out of whack if not done properly!

    I'm surprised your drilling holes in the rockers and not using a pneumatic hole punch. The amount of panels you install, you would probably wear them out and need to buy them by the case. 🙂

    Saving a true Boss is great but wondering if this would be cost effective for a plain Jane mustang. Would a body she’ll be less expensive than doing this much panel replacement?

    I look forward to seeing your vids. But I did have a pet peave about Plug Welding, an then trying to make them look like spot welds. Till I got a 2 fisted spot welder. It cut my time in 1/2 . Never had Any issues. What's your impression on that ?

    What are those temporary door supports called in side the door jams . Can I order them,? Or are those fabricated and self built.

    I guess I understand that you have to start off with the remains of the original car for it to finally be that car again. I suppose if you just used a completely fresh shell, you wouldn’t be able to claim that VIN number and it would just have to be newly registered as a “replica” …am I correct?

    Did you add weld through primer be for you put those parts together for the last time. Just asking?

    • @petersonrestorations
      @petersonrestorations  ปีที่แล้ว

      No only because any weld through I’ve used kills the weld integrity
