Hohem pro application is not working. I had a lot of problems to connect with my first gimbal. And now with the second, impossible after two hours of endless endeavors. Will return the product tomorrow.
How can I charge the battery if i don't have a computer or another USB device to plug? I think that it could have option to use electrical network like some devices.
I am returning this... The activation did not come up. My hohem is not calibrated. Impossible to get hold of support and here on TH-cam, I see that there is little answering the comments...
Just got my iSteady X2 Gimbal, i installed the app and i noticed, there's no option to change the Storage to SD, the default storage is set to the internal Storage. I sucks coz i only have very little storage available on my phone and i cant maximize my extenal storage/SD card.
The device is good (First time I buy a gimbal), I was not sure if it works on the Samsung S21 Ultra (big and heavy device), but it works fine !!! But the Hohem Pro app for Android is very bad (I have only Android devices, can't say for iPhone): 1) I can record normal videos but Moment videos don't get saved, when I start a moment video (timelapse or panoramic for example), the app will start doing the movement for few seconds then I get a message "Saving video failed", but it continues as if it was recording, at the end it stops and I have no video. 2) In case the moment works, they need to add feature to do not just horizontal sweep, but let user select 2 positions and do a smooth sweep between them. 3) the app offers only limited video resolutions, 1080p 30fps, this is limiting with new devices that support 8k.

When I am trying to open camera application found it's been turned off the application. I tried several times. But it's been turned off while opening camera through application. I don't know why. 😑😑 Can you help me please what's the reason. Anyone facing this issue??.

Did you even bother to activate the gimbal? That sloppy motion you showed for "defect" 2 implied it was not even active o.O Was that a complete mistake which invalidated your entire review or are you purposely putting out bad, misleading reviews?
I have now spent 4 hours trying to register my X2 steady and read through many places that many people have problems with this gimbal with Bluetooth.

do you need always to pair the remote control when you power the gimbal on like always press 7 times when you power the gimbal on

No, the gimbal will auto connect the remote control next time.
Only way to get "All lock mode" is to triple press the M on the remote control? Is not possible to do it directly from the gimbal buttons?

Do it yourself a favor: lets the clients using a simple USB C cable so they can easily start using their gimbals.
