Great drone video, really shows all the repairs that have been done.....and the places that haven't done anything. Even got a little glimpse of the new roof on our vacation condo. Thanks.
Thanks for sharing your video. My wife and I visit Daytona Beach Shores most every year and have stayed in several of these buildings. It’s good to see the improvements made in just the 4 months since we were there last. I look forward to your next update!
Thanks for this video! Beach at high tide is pretty much gone, and still gone with no visible change in months - and things got way too crowded this summer with the little that remained. It's sad to see so many single-family homes left in their destroyed state: undoubtedly people fighting with their insurance over the loss....
Yeah, some things aren't covered by insurance (sea walls) - there has actually been a ton of progress, but its hard to see unless you're watching it weekly like we do. These are big projects and take time. The beach is slowly restoring itself...measurably. The tides are week to week with the lunar cycle. Hoping we can find some sand (about 200 yards into the ocean) to bring back in.
Love seeing the progress being made. I do have a question. Are the repairs on your building being covered by the insurance or are the owners having to pay for that?? thanks!
@@Floroseven I'm coming from Crestwood KY which is just northeast of Louisville. I've been to Daytona numerous times starting when I was 3. I was there last year right between the 2. hurricanes. Glad to see it starting to get rebuilt.
aw, we're fine...just taking some time for all of the properties to get things done. My building is upgrading lots of stuff, so its all anticipated. Come visit soon!
Looks like my favorite Marbella held up pretty well! 😁🙌
they just poured the spa and are finishing the "backyard". Beautiful property..I'm with ya!

Very cool!
What is the song used here? That guitar is crying and I absolutely love it!

Awesome! Thank you so much for sharing!
You are so welcome!
I used to love daytona beach...
Thanks for the update!!
You bet!
There is no beach left. The water comes to the walls...... Wishing all these properties the best in future storm events
Thanks for sharing!!!
Wow. Can man defeat the sea in Daytona Beach Shores? Only time will tell but it looks like the sea has won a few rounds recently.
As a former US Navy sailor I can attest. Nature always wins. This is just a beach resort property.

About a million short. We voted and took a loan. Lots of upgrades to make it a resort. Very happy.
Thanks for the update. I'm coming down in 3 weeks for some R&R. I'm staying at the Residence Inn not far from you. Can I buy you lunch one day?
Any time! Where are you visiting from?

@@markcarter9226hit me up when you visit!
Beach replenishment sorely needed. Where are the dredges?
i have the same question / a lot has to be approved by various agencies, but it will happen
:( From Ohio we can't wait to return. Still very very sad.

Essas construções então no sal
give it time
Esses hotéis de luxo além de perderem clientes devido ficar sem praia podem ter suas estruturas comprometida
Os dias dos hotéis estão contados
the next time it will all be gone you did not fix it right
