Great that there's so much variety and they all look really healthy. Love the dual 20 gallons, and will be following to see how the reef goes as I'm a big believer in creating low maintenance tanks. Would be cool to see more on it!

Thanks, it's not terrible housing right now, he still has about 5 inches or so on the width to turn around. But the way he's eating I'm anticipating a growth spurt and being dovii/jaguar he could potentially reach 17-18 inches
@@lboogie738aquatics He's been pigging out lately. Normally he has a set amount they he will eat and if I offer anything else he'll refuse it, but the last few months he's had no limit. Of course I I try not to over feed, but he is eating about 20% more compared to last year
I have a technique where I throw in about 30 pellets and right after another 30. The bass go for the higher pellets first so it gives time for some to sink for the bichir
How far are you from Ohio Fish Rescue outside Cleveland? When the time comes maybe check into adding the big peacock to thier huge pool pond? They are getting so big! 👏👏🔥
Yes I'm about 4 hours, I wanted to try a aquarium nearby so that I can easily check on them every now and then. Plus, I think I heard OFR say they didn't want any peacock bass in the pool pound because they would destroy the African cichlid population
I was going to say interesting choice of music, but then the thumpy-dump bass bullshit rolled through like a gorgonzola cheese & catshit sandwich dipped hair color chemicals kind of a fart... ETA: I love all my fishkeeper peeps out there but goddamn, leave the garbage musack out of it as it ruins the vibe & often drowns out your speech.
