There is a Phillips screw/clip going up through the air duct above the module.Remove the clip, then the section of duct can be removed. Gaining access to the 12 mm nuts behind the module. 2022 Outback Touring XT.
There's a company called "Safety Restore" that I have used to reset the modules and rebuild the seatbelts for wrecked cars. I have not had any problems with the service that they have given.
Yes. I have used a company called "safety restore" multiple times (4, I think)and they've never done me wrong.. they also rebuild seat belts. If you use them, please let them know that you heard about them from me. I don't think that they give any kind of referral fee, but hey, you never know.
